Application of plane rotary screen
The plane rotary screen can be used for filtering large particles, removing dust and small particles, and grading screening.
(1) Filter large particles and screen them, mainly to screen out oversize particles and other impurities in the material. Generally, oversize particles will not exceed 10% of the feed content, and most of them will be less than 5%. After a small amount of oversize particles are screened out, the undersize is the required finished granular material.
(2) Dust removal and fine material screening, which mainly screens out small unqualified materials smaller than the size of finished materials, and the ratio of fine materials is generally less than 10% of the total feeding amount. After removing fine materials, the screened materials are even the required finished materials.
(3) Classified screening, that is, screening according to the required material particle size. The plane rotary screening machine can be a single-layer screening machine or a multi-layer screening machine, and the material size distribution can be evenly distributed or greatly different.

(1) The plane rotary screen has three trajectories during operation, the feeding end is round, the middle section of the screen is oval, and it moves in a straight line near the discharge port.
